HTA Advisory is pleased to share with you the findings from our recent client survey. Here are some of the things we discovered from our clients.
Recently HTA Advisory engaged the services of Adaptive Innovation to complete our first ever client survey. We wish to thank those clients who took the time to complete the survey and congratulate the 20 clients who received a complimentary bottle of wine.
The results will assist HTA in providing a better level of service in the future and we look forward to discussing the results and comments with some of you in more detail over the coming weeks and months.
We wanted to share some of the insights gained and will be looking to share further insights over the coming weeks.

- 95% of you said that overall HTA exceed or far exceeded your expectations, especially relating to:
- Quality of work, presentation and accessibility of our employees, communication especially responding within 24 hrs of enquiry, trust and proactiveness
- Compliance of requirement
- When asked to describe HTA Advisory most responded with: professional, knowledgeable, reliable, forward thinking, trusted advisor, integrity, credible and business practical
- Many of you said HTA Advisory excels in: being approachable/access/reliability, reporting, communication, knowledge and technical ability
Based on your feedback we have implemented the following action items in the near future
Systems/Technology: Many clients indicated this as being a key concern moving forward and we will provide additional training options for Xero. Our Partner, Troy Townley is championing this and will provide you with more details by the end of the 1st Quarter.
HTA Connections: a few of you have indicated that you want the ability to meet each other to develop connections and grow your business. Our Partner, Tim Hale is taking control of this project and we look forward to sharing additional details in the coming months, including the introduction of networking/collaboration formats in the future.
Growth Advice: Business Advisory continues to be a core part of HTA Advisory, ensuring our advice remains forward thinking, proactive and easy to understand. We will continue to implement new processes and products to provide advice in an easy to understand and beneficial format
Communication: Innovation enables efficiency without losing the human component. Going forward you will be more aware of the HTA team partnerning with you and why. We have also listened to feedback around more l information regarding the economy and the impact on Small Business. We understand the stress that many small business owners experience everyday due to limited information and knowledge and we will be working to share this with you in new and exciting ways in the future.
