Xero Me - Timesheets go mobile

For those of you that haven't heard of Xero Me, it is designed for employees of businesses who use Xero to manage payroll. Xero Me allows you to check your pay history, manage leave requests and in their latest release you can now submit timesheets.


Doing timesheets is now a breeze with the long-anticipated release of timesheets to Xero Me.

Xero Me allows employees to enter in their own hours and submit them for approval. They have the ability to do so during down time, inbetween jobs or on their way to/from work.

It's fast - and it's easy!

Just follow these few simple steps:

  • Navigate to timesheets section and click on the “+” sign (or select a timesheet already in progress).
  • Once you’re in the details screen, tap on the day you’d like to add time to. Provide the number of hours worked, the type (eg. regular, overtime), and save.
  • Once you’ve filled out your timesheet with all the time entries, click submit and voila! You’re done.

When your timesheet gets approved and processed, you can see the details in the timesheet list view.
